The real deal
I love this healthier-for-my-cat litter. It's lightweight, has really no scent, is very adorable and my kitten seems to love the softness of it. Tracks a bit, but that is outweighed by the numerous benefits of this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best cat litter I ever bought

Low dust litter!!
My cat and I both loved this cat litter. Extremely low dust. Light weight so easier for me to clean, scoop, and carry. Unfortunately because it’s light weight it does track, so be sure to get a good litter mat and litter box set-up to catch the tracking. I used a robot vacuum daily to keep up with it. Very light, pleasant natural “outdoorsy grassy” smell up close, since it’s grass seed. Can’t smell it once you’re not up close to it. Clumps well. Finer than most litter granules so keep that in mind when shopping for a litter scoop.

Works great, but expensive
No complaints about the litter, just the price. It is made of sorghum seed, so no clay. It tracks a little but not bad. Since it is made of seed it can get those pesky cupboard moths. It clumps well unless the cat pees a lot in one place (like at the edge of the pan) in which case it can be a little goopy but still scoopable. It is pretty expensive which is my only complaint. It is less dusty than the walnut shell litter I previously used. Overall I'd say it works well; better than other litters I have tried.

FAVORITE kitty litter
Almost afraid to review because I don’t want a shortage. It is the absolute BEST in capturing the urine - no smells at all! It scoops so cleanly - helping it last FOREVER! Not like the standard chalky, powdery mess after a couple days even. We can just add to it every a couple times a month and it’s still fresh! We change the whole box every 7 or 8 weeks. We do scoop almost daily and we do use 2 boxes for 1 cat. It DOES track and come out of box, but only clean seeds. We have a small carpet outside the box that catches most of it and vinyl flooring so easy to sweep. If you have carpet it should vacuum easily, but if you freak out about tracking, than maybe this isn’t for you. But I’ll gladly take the extra cleanup as a trade for no smells any day! It may seem pricier than others, but in the long run, since it lasts so long between full changes, I think we’re saving money.

LOVE this litter!
I grew up having cats my entire life. I’m 33 now and living alone with my 2 year old cat, Trixie. I was using OkoCat wood litter in a normal pan litter box. But last year I ordered a PetKit Pura Max automatic litter box. After doing a lot of research I found the Pura Max seemed like the best option for my cat. I despise clay cat litter. I hate the smell of clay litter, it’s heavy, it’s so dusty (even the ones that say 99% dust free). I joined a group on FB for the Pura Max to see what others used for litter. I discovered from my research that the OkoCat wood litter did not perform well in the Pura. So I tried this unscented grass-seed litter I originally purchased at PetCo. The smell alone is great, it’s super light weight, and no dust! It works amazing in the Pura Max, doesn’t stick to the bottom liner. I also tried a walnut shell litter that stuck to the bottom and deteriorated the bottom liner and I had to order a new liner for the Pura litter box. I briefly switched to a different kind because the grass-seed attracted sugar ants and I had ants for 3/4 months in the beginning of this year (2023). I live in a studio apartment that had just been renovated in 2020 before I moved in, so to be fair there were a lot of little nooks that hadn’t been sealed, thus prone to ants, etc. Once I had maintenance at my apartment complex seal the hole where the ants were coming from that took care of the issue, and I switched back to the grass-seed with no problems! I guess the grass-seed litter has a small sugar content in it making this litter valuable to sugar ants. Other than that it’s been great. I can’t say enough about this brand litter. I have not tried the lightly scented one, I don’t like scents in general (unless they’re of natural origin). *not sponsored, but sponsor me*
