Great Suitcase
This is the second Verage suitcase I've bought. I bought one for myself a year ago and bought this one for my husband. The bag maximizes what you can pack. The bag I bought last year survived a European trip with no damage. The bag is one of the lightest I found, so the total weight is mostly contents rather than a heavier bag which lessens the total amount that can be packed. The extra height of the handle is very handy for sliding a carry-on on top. The wheels are smooth and roll well on airport flooring.

Under 6 pounds!
I have a bad back. Since I take several 3-night trips a year, I have been searching for a sturdy, LIGHTWEIGHT suitcase. Found it! There are things about this case that I don't need, like the flashlight and lock, but it's still a winner in my book. If I was designing this case, I would have added one or two inside pockets. But, for the price this case exceeds my needs.

Great value, tips over
I almost love this carryon. I'm very picky about carryon luggage and have never found the perfect one. I've purchased 6 this year. There are a number of things I like about this one, especially given the price. But there are some issues as well.Pros:* Great price. I have suitcases triple the price with fewer features.* Actually measures 24"x14"x9", the maximum for most domestic airlines. This is surprisingly difficult to find and my carryon luggage that measures slightly larger has to be checked more than half the time.* Built-in TSA lock.* Handle is a good height and my bags with a trolley strap fit over the narrow handle easily.* Exterior laptop pocket.* Interior and exterior pockets.* Lightweight. This is the lightest weight bag I've ever purchased and it did help when lifting overhead.* Zippers move easily and the tabs for the zippers are large and easily to grab.* Expandable.Cons:* The wheels! These wheels are where the low price is apparent. They are a light plastic that make quite a bit of noise rolling. They do not roll as smoothly as others I own.* Design - The design of the bag tips over, especially with a laptop in the front pocket. My other carryon bags sit lower and have recessed wheels. This bag sits high on top of the wheels, making it tip more easily. You also lose about an inch of interior space.* No handle on the bottom of the suitcase to help with lifting or placing suitcase on suitcase stand.* Laptop pocket is not well padded and does not lock.* Interior straps are skinny and do not hold items in place well. A larger piece of fabric is needed to make the straps functional (common feature on many bags).* Interior pocket is very small. A mesh pocket would make it easier to see what's inside.* Fabric and plastic materials are ok but I have Travelon and Samsonite bags at similar prices with more durable fabric and plastic.I almost like this but I'm still shopping for something that doesn't tip, with better wheels, and pockets that better suit my packing preferences. Unfortunately the one I want with everything I'm looking for (Briggs & Riley) is $700 so might just live with this one. I like my Travelon bags but their angled handle makes getting bags with a trolley strap very hard to get on and off and I hold up the security and boarding lines. They also are too large. If you wpack very light with no laptop, you might really like this bag. A packing cube would help with the interior design (skinny straps, small pocket).

Toledo Carry On Luggage Softside
My travel experience has been completely reimagined thanks to this soft-sided expandable bag with a sleek black finish measuring 15 inches, and I am thrilled to share my first-hand experience with such a superior product. The exquisite design of the Toledo carry-on luggage was the very first thing that stood out to me about this piece of luggage. Its slick design, which is black and gives off an air of refinement and professionalism, makes it an elegant travel companion for both work trips and vacations. The soft-sided structure not only assures durability and toughness to resist the rigors of travel, but it also ensures flexibility, which is a major benefit. This suitcase impresses when it comes to the practicality of its design. The spinning wheels roll along with ease, making it possible to simply navigate through packed airports, bustling streets, and congested areas. When maneuvering through crowded terminals, the wheels' silky smoothness amazed me. Not only did it provide outstanding stability, but it also minimized the amount of pressure placed on my arm. It's time to say farewell to the aggravation of hauling large baggage and welcome the joy of movement without effort. The expandability of the Toledo carry-on luggage is one of the striking qualities of this piece of luggage. The extendable compartment's increased storage capacity is a game-changer, particularly for travelers who like to bring back mementos or who find themselves requiring more room while they are away from home. The expandable function is simple to use, which enables quick modifications to be made in order to meet your varied requirements for packing.

Not a free return.
It was too large, I wanted it to fit under the seat in an airplane and it doesn't. However when I submitted my return I was charged almost $30 for the return. A little less than 1/3 of the total cost of the suitcase. I'll be more careful next time. I was in a hurry and I should have read some of these reviews before I bought it.
