Love using this machine. Helps with the circulation in my legs.

Really helps after a long day. Strong massage settings relax my calves and quads.

Different levels of shaking going on for sure. I'm all shook up. At least my feet and calves are. You can set the shaking and heat levels easy through 4 levels locally or with the remote. It's infared so you have to point it. Rf remote would be more convenient but no biggie. One thing that is a biggie is you need two hands to manuver the unit. Some sort of finger recess on the unit would be very handy. The unit is reliable so far and seems to be built quite sturdy. I'm keeping it.

It works fine but it has a little stronger vibration than expected.

What was advertised. This is more acupressure than foot massage just so you know. But it feels great right before bed and help the legs some too. Also can be used on the legs and lower back. Thumbs up!

Ok I love this. I use this at my workstation and when on my computer at home. It gets a little chilly at my work station in the winter so the heat function is nice and it keeps me warm while this massages my feet and legs. I have plantar fasciitis and vibration is incredibly helpful for me with PF. As a matter of fact, when I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis last year, nothing worked until I started using a vibration plate and that is the only thing that made my pain go away, and my foot pain has now fully disappeared.I also use a stand up vibration plate about 4 times a week…but I love how convenient this is! It allows me to use this while sitting and working so I can use it every day and I can now get DAILY incredible vibration benefits. The vibration goes all the way up my legs to my thighs as well, giving those areas the benefit of the vibration which is excellent for lymphatic movement and drainage.I am so happy I purchased this and it is very well made. Not too loud either. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend. 👍👍👍

NO EFFECT Plantar Fascitis The pro's got it wrong. What really helped me was my own ARCH support flip flops for around the house using 2 scrub pads doubled over on themselves, duct taped so as to not come undone, then more duct tape inside out so the scrub pad stay in the arch area (excactly centered); this combinged with a heel cushion made it bearable, and now I'm better. ALSO walmart sells *STARZ brand" an arch band that has like a 1/3 of a rubber ball on the bottom which also helped alod Do not get one ot fhose things that bend your toes towards your knees, its the wron way... really need to end the toes down and back towards heel helping pssh the arch lesh back into place...
