A Wonderful Find!
I have neuropathy resulting from several strokes in 2023. My feet feel like they are swollen, though they really are not, and it is very uncomfortable. I tried multiple products but none gave any relief. Then I found Nervacol. It has a creamy texture that feels nice going on. I don’t find it at all greasy. I really like the fresh, clean scent. Be sure to wash your hands after applying and don’t get it in your eyes. Not pleasant! No, this product does not eliminate the feeling, but when used three or more times a day, it definitely helps. A lot! I doubt I could relax and sleep otherwise. For me, it’s been a blessing!

Finally relief from compression sock aggrevation!
I have been looking for a product for quite a while that would give me some relief after taking compression socks off. Atter wearing them all day, your calf muscles are so tired out, painful and legs so out of sorts. I used Nervocol for the first time last night. It soothed my legs immediately and kept them soothed all evening. Even in the morning when I woke up, my legs felt normal. I saw a similiar product being advertised on Facebook for $51USD.

Works
This works well, you will probably have to reapply several times, but I did get some relief when using it, I don’t need it all the time and my discomfort level varies, but it works for me, I used it on my feet and my hands, helped to relieve the discomfort and burning sensation in both, and the pain, I would purchase again.

Don’t recommend
This product smells good but not cut out to do it’s purpose. It helps for a very little while but doesn’t take the pain away and not worth the price.

Worth every penny and smells like spearmint gum, to me.
So, I read most of the reviews and felt really excited to try this for my neck pain, shoulder pain, tingling left side of back. And wow, y'all weren't lying. The smells is GREAT like spearmint or like one reviewer said, bengay on steroids. Not a 100% but I only applied it 30 seconds ago, LOL It's been sitting in my cabinet for a year so I'm glad I tried it. I'm going to get this for my Mom who has nerve pain and RLS.

ABSOLUTELY 💯 DOES NOT WORK TO RELIEVE NEUROPATHY ‼️ SO DISSATISFIED‼️
I bought this cream with the idea that it was going to work as GREAT as the reviews stated. I have had peripheral neuropathy for the better part of eight years now. What I’ve learned after spending hundreds of dollars I desperation. of relief from the enabling problem, is that nothing really works except for Capsaicin cream. The problem with Capsaicin cream is that it is created with a very hot chili pepper. So if this gets on your hands, and you touch your eye with even a trace of it on your fingers you’re in deep trouble with another MAJOR problematic pain that takes quite awhile to subside. So, getting back to this product that advertises itself as a Neuropathy pain medication. It is not. It does not do anything at all unfortunately. I’ve used about 70% of the bottle now in hopes that maybe it was a fluke. Maybe I didn’t put enough on, or to thin of an application, not rubbed in enough, not thick enough of an application, or maybe I should goop it in and leave a semi thick layer. NONE of those applications have mattered to have ANY EFFECT on my painful and debilitating neuropathy! As I’m writing this, YES I’M MAD. I’m so sick of spending money on products such as this one that claim to be the saving grace of your problem the people will pay TOP DOLLAR for IF IT WOUMD JUST FRIGGIN WORK!!!So people if you’re hoping this is the one, IT ISN’T. Buy some Capsicum cream, put on a throw away glove, and IT WILL HELP for a little bit so you can get some sleep. It’s about 8.00 at Walgreens btw. Hope this saves the next person their hard earned money, and sure wish people would stop leaving fake reviews for the suckers like me that are desperate when it’s 11pm, 12pm, 1am now it’s 2am, and your foot is STILL raging with maddening burning sensations of hot pins and needle pain, and sharp stabbing electric like shocking friggin pain, and you just want to put some cream on to get it to a manageable level so you can fall asleep, that’s all. Is that to much to ask for? Not another somebody, selling their snake oil/cream that is taking advantage of DESPERATE people that THEY KNOW, won’t do jack to help with their problem!! Bet the money is good taking advantage of the public!! What suckers we can be, and what asnakes in the grass” product this was. I don’t want a refund either, I want others to not buy your garbage because it’s an epic fail of a product.Ok, I’m done. Going to the store now to get some more capsicum cream I guess since their open for another 45 minutes so I can get some relief, and go to bed!

Be careful as this is in a glass jar
The concept for nerve pain is great. It has a light scent, and it does work. The downside is: if you have dexterity issues, etc., having this cream in a glass jar is a bit of a danger (easy to drop or fly out of your hands when attempting to unscrew the cap). It's also very expensive for such a small amount, considering how much you need during the day to control nerve pain :(
