Amazing product

It broke suddenly while installing . I got saved by grace of God...there were so many splinters

Delivered on 19th December, fused on 30th December.Fused in just 11 days.Was hardly used for more than 15 minutes at a time, and used not more than 20 times totally.One day, there was plop sound and the fuse was gone.Update 1: Contacted customer support on the same day (30th Dec) and they promised a replacement bulb. Received it on 3rd Jan and is working fine now. Updating the review rating from 1 star to 4 stars.Still, as the bulb may easily fuse, as a precautionary measure it should always be kept on a stable surface free from vibrations and turned off when moving the lamp or adjusting the lamphead. Also, the metal surface of the lamp may quickly heat up to high temperatures, so lamp should only be touched at the hand grip provided, or at the bottom base where on/off switch is provided.

I am using for my clinic purpose since 3 years good in quality no fuse gone in last 3 years, Good in use, generating heat properly, brightness is good, value for money. मैं अपने क्लिनिक के लिए 3 वर्षों से इसका उपयोग कर रहा हूँ, इसकी गुणवत्ता अच्छी है, पिछले 3 वर्षों में इसका कोई फ्यूज नहीं उड़ा, उपयोग में अच्छा है, उचित रूप से गर्मी उत्पन्न करता है, चमक अच्छी है, पैसे की पूरी कीमत अदा करता है।

Product is good and quality is fine but the wire is small and balance is also not good and is only for heating therapy not for infrared therapy

Murphy E27 led infrared lamp is as per specs. Sold by Murphy. Item received in good condition and excellent packaging. Tested immediately, for 30mins with power ON. Bulb performance is good. Heating effect is good. Lamp's base could have been of larger diameter/heavier, for better stability.

I bought this because my sow was expecting. I hoped to warm the piglets with this. She miscarried so this bulb was put into storage.She then fell sick and started shivering. It was very cold for a few days. My caretaker told me the sow will die. But I said a prayer (several prayers), installed this bulb over the sow, threw in a little straw everyday and kept the bulb lit at night.I accidentally sprinkled water on the lit bulb when washing the sty and it exploded, but it did its job before exploding! It had taken around a week, but the sow recovered. I think her recovery is thanks in no small part due to this bulb's heat.Oh, do remember to buy a CERAMIC HOLDER for this bulb. They cost quite a lot compared to the common ones but I think metal holders with attached plastics will heat up and get damaged or melt very quickly.Thanks so much guys!

The product worked for 10 minutes only.Performance is poorest of the poor.Only wastage of money.I would have rated it in minus had there been a provision.I was told by the customer care that the product was not used carefully. Instead of realising the poor quality they are placing lame excuses and blaming me for careless ness.I would request every prospective buyer to think again and again to buy it.
