There are two photos -should be the first two if it loads correctly- which are when I was not using the mask at all (my hair is more damaged/frizzy and has many split ends). Then there are three different times when the mask had been used within the same month. (Note that I have not died my hair in almost 3 years and I’m not sure why the color varies in each picture lol.)Review:I am obsessed with this hair mask from VERB!I first tried this from my IPSY subscription; it was a sample size that lasted for two uses and I was so upset when it ran out!My hair has been terrible for as long as I can remember but of course after I first started dying it at age 13 it has just went even further downhill from there.For reference, I have dry, damaged, wavy, frizzy, unruly hair!I have not dyed it for three years now, I even chopped it off to my chin about a year and a half ago, but the damage just seemed irreversible!Thankfully I was blessed with trying this product!From the first use, I seen and felt a HUGE improvement! I kid you not, I could not stop running my fingers through my hair all night, the next day and the next! Usually I cannot even run my fingers through my hair as it hits a knot, even right after brushing it!This hair mask made my hair silky, soft, and tangle free. It gives it a beautiful HEALTHY shine -not a greasy looking one.It is great for an immediate short term recovery but also lasts long term (ultimately made my hair better over time).It makes my hair feel lighter and not weighed down. Plus, the frizz and split ends are basically gone.I seriously cannot vouch for this mask enough!The true price of this product is $18 for the 6.3 ounce bottle. It is that price on VERB’s website, Walmart’s online store, etc. -So buying through Amazon was a great way for me to get this product for the same price, with fast two-day shipping, and with no added fees like shipping or processing!My product arrived on time, the package and products were in perfect condition; the bottle came completely sealed/wrapped in plastic (which I really appreciated as I have received questionable products from Amazon before; including a possible used concealer and a gold vibrating facial bar that was covered in pubic hair!) Yes!•I highly recommend this seller (based on this experience alone) and the product is definitely a must try if you have not already! For $18 this product is either going to blow your mind or in the least still be a product you can get your money’s worth out of. As long as you don’t have a bad reaction to the product, I personally don’t see someone not using this entire bottle.I recently tried Olaplex for the first time and can honestly say the (VERB’s) ghost hair mask gave me the same results if not better than Olaplex! [When using the Olaplex, I used the No.0 and the No.3, so if you are familiar with those and liked them but don’t want to pay the $60 then I highly suggest buying this ONE product for $18!]I must say, be sure to use this product correctly!I’ve seen a few reviews where people mentioned that they didn’t see a difference or care for it, but some were using it as a regular conditioner (which means they were probably rinsing immediately after use) and another used it as a leave-in, and so on; After shampooing, you use this and must leave this on your hair for at least five minutes! That step, and of course rinsing it out, are very important!-I usually leave mine on for ten minutes or so. I have also used this after my usual shampoo and conditioner routine (as a third step/additional conditioner) and it works fantastic that way as well. I do this when my hair is in desperate need of repair, or if I haven’t used the treatment for a while. If I am in a normal routine of using this product weekly then I use it as directed; in place of my regular conditioner.Also, when using any conditioning treatments, it is best to rinse with cold water as this closes the hair follicles.**TIPS: Hot water for shampooing; running hot water over your head/hair prior to applying your shampoo, and when rinsing out the shampoo, opens the hair follicles to get a true deep clean. The next step is to condition (it’s best to always leave any conditioner, treatments, or masks on for at least 3 minutes); After you’ve let that set, rinse a little of it out with warm water, then rinse the remaining with cold water. I find this way best, rather than completely rinsing the conditioner with cold water, because if not it closes your follicles with all of the conditioner inside; for me, this makes my hair get greasy fast. If I rinse some of it out with the warm water, but leave enough to hydrate/moisturize, then I am able to finish rinsing with the cold water to lock in that hydration, and seal the follicles (so each strand is closed/smooth, stronger, and less prone to damage) aka less split-ends! Doing these steps ensures that your hair won’t be built up with old products (which causes your hair to get dull, greasy, and/or weighed down). It helps protect your strands from getting dried out and it closes the follicles so you are not left with dry, frizzy, damaged hair.If this comment was helpful, please let me know so I can be sure to be as thorough in other reviews. I think this product works just as advertised. My hair feels soft and doesn't seem weighed down at all. The only downside is the smell. It smells like Dove Bar Soap but I don't notice the smell outside of the shower

Tried K18 and for the price and size this one is way better. Smells amazing and lasts a few days. I can go 2-3 wash days of not having to put conditioner in my hair and it’ll still feel great and not look greasy.

I love this hair mask.so easy to apply. Works fantastic. I can't say enough about the moisture it adds to my hair without strong perfumey overkill. Great value.

A couple of things. One, the scent is a bit glue like but it's mild and that's alright to me. Two, it really does work! I leave it in for about ten minutes and when I rinse it out my hair ends up veryyyy soft. Third- I like the effects of this but I do try not to use it very often (maybe 1-2 times in two weeks?) Because it does contain the silicone dimethecone which is not good for your hair in the long run, and that's definitely something to note!!! Lastly, the effect of this mask doesn't seem to improve the hair in time, but rather give an effect that lasts for a few days until you use it again. Hope this helps !

Works as described. I noticed a difference after 1 wash, soft manageable with no greasy feel. The only downside is I don't care for the scent.

I wanted to love this product but it just couldn't handle my level of dryness I would leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes in the shower and my hair was still very dry although I did see a slight difference in shine I think. I will use it in conjunction with a conditioner that I've been using for quite a few years now Nature's therapy by L'Oreal if you have dry hair you have to try that one. The pic is with a infusium leave in conditioner on which is also a must have for dry hair 😉

I have really fine and oily hair so to find a deep conditioning treatment that doesn’t leave my hair plastered to my head afterwards is a true marvel. This stuff (and the other Verb Ghost products) is fantastic. It’s a great price, has a mild and pleasant smell, and leaves my hair feeling moisturized without weighing it down. I’ll be rebuying this for sure!!!
