Great customer service
The reason I gave this five stars is because of the customer service. My particular umbrella did not last one rainy season, but customer service replaced the umbrella with an upgraded replacement. Long lasting
I’ve had this umbrella for about a year now, and it’s still holding up strong and works perfectly. If taken care of properly, this umbrella can go the distance.

Good for rain or shine
Quite durable for the price. Light and easy to carry. It is just easily get blown by the wind but still don’t get broken. Good shade from the sun and rain. Does it function as necessary. Design is nice because it is compact.

Singing In The Rain
No more raindrops falling on my head! I recently replaced a stolen umbrella with this jewel and I’m somewhat looking forward to it raining. It’s lightweight, it functions beautifully, and has a nice build as well.

Stiff to finish the folding process.
Opens beautifully, but is very difficult to fold up again. The button folds the umbrella ok, but then it is very stiff to push down to snap back into the handle.
