Flavor & clump review - I have only used this 3x so not reviewing on benefits for bodyI am really happy with this product. I liked what it had for the price. I have been adding 2 scoops to my morning matcha latte. It does change the taste ever so slightly, but not enough for it to bother me or to stop drinking it. I honestly think after a week I won’t even notice it! I follow the instructions and mix it in warm water - since I am making matcha I mix it in at a water temp of 170f. I use an electric hand mixer/whisk that is battery operated. I also purchased on Amazon. Comes out perfect with no clumping. i originally started using collagen for joint pail relief. absolutely have noticed a huge difference. i have arthritis mainly in my knee so it was getting difficult to move. this makes it possible to get up and walk/run/exercise/whatever i want to do without taking a bunch of meds everyday. this is the 3rd brand i’ve tried and is also the cheapest. it’s great for the price! the affects are the same as the more expensive brands and i think it dissolves better than the Ancient Nutrition brand which was much more costly. there is a slight smell and taste in cold drinks but it’s manageable. in plain room temp/cold water however i find it completely undrinkable. but i typically put it in coffee or a protein shake in the morning and it dissolves fine and has no taste. i’ve purchased this 2 times in a row and will likely continue to purchase this brand.

I just finished my third can of this and am getting ready to reorder. I originally bought it to help with an old back injury that had been limiting my activities and causing me much pain for decades. This product reduced the back pain by at least two thirds and I am able to do more of what I want to. Amazing! It also healed a fingernail that was split all the way into the nail bed that had been that way for years! Wasn't expecting this but was thrilled to have it heal because I couldn't keep it trimmed short enough to prevent it from snagging on everything (ouch!) and had to keep it taped up all the time... what a nuisance that was! I took the healing of the fingernail as an outward sign of what this product was doing for my insides. Skin is better, too. I recommend this product.addendum: after using this product for some time, I have found that hair is growing back in a couple of bald spots on the top of my head. Two of these spots were approximately I inch wide and the third was 1 1/2 inch wide, and all were completely devoid of hair with a hard shiny look that was hard to camouflage. I first noticed these bald spots in 2010 and figured I just had to live with them, then, when checking with a mirror when fixing my hair last week, I had a hard time finding them. I asked my husband to check for them and he assured me that the hair was growing back. If I look hard enough, I can still find a 3/4 inch area that doesn't have hair but that hard shiny look is gone. I expect it will also fill in. Unbelievable!

Dissolved east and no flavor, will order again

I just started using this product and cannot speak to its effectiveness. However, I noticed that it does have an unpleasant smell when I drink it. It is a bit better when mixed with something like aromatic tea. There seems to be no taste, thankfully. However, i used a different brand powder before and it had no taste and no smell. I like that a lot more. However, this powder claims to have more collagen types. this is why I ordered it. It dissolves a bit worse than the one I am used to. Also, there is no measuring spoon. Finally, the jar is hard to open/close if you have small hands like I do. it is too wide.
