Updated:Zulay responded to my inquiry. After a brief exchange via messaging on Amazon app, they shipped out a new frother as well as a mini frother. Both are working great. They also wrote a handwritten note saying that their family run business appreciates my support and business. I updated my review to five stars because of their response and the new product working great.Original:I ordered the frother in November 2024. It worked well for the first couple months. Although it would bog down in heavy whipping cream. It is now the beginning of March and the frother is no longer working all the time. The button only works maybe 10% of the time, so I have to keep pressing for it to eventually start spinning. I reached out to the company and have not received a response. Poor quality product and bad customer service.

It does the job of frothing and mixing beautifully! And it comes with the batteries to get you started right away! Took it on my 10 day cruise to froth my morning room service coffee and to mix my protein powder...highly reccommend!!!

Powerful, efficient, and cheap! Gets the job done. My only complaint is that it begins to rust after a couple months. We are now back to square one of having to find another one. If you want something long-lasting, spend a little extra and get good quality! Otherwise, it is decent, just short-lived.

Bought this in October of 2022 I would not use very often but often enough. It just stopped working last month my mom misses it and I miss it it’s time to buy a new one 😅🙃 great product and great price 🙌🏽

I’ve had several of these products before and as usual this one just like the others. They work well, and with a change of batteries, they can last very long time.

My frother doesn’t work. The batteries aren’t making proper contact, and I have to continually remove them and reinsert them each time I want to use the frother. Just not worth the effort, and yes, I have put brand new batteries in the frother numerous times. Frother is defective.EDIT: I HAVE TO SAY THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THEY SHIPPED ME A REPLACEMENT FROTHER!! This company is family owned, and they strive to keep their customers happy. You’ve won me over. Thank you so very much, and continued success in your business😊
