I’ve been using this cocoa powder for years. I’ve tried several brands and this is the best. Rich flavor. Beautiful color. Cocoa, brownies, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake.

Best cacao powder I’ve ever gotten, it’s rich and flavorful the smell is always so pleasant, mixes very easily when baking or even making simple hot chocolate leaves a great taste.

I do think this is real valrhona powder. It takes like they diluted the real stuff with maybe some low end dutched cocoa powder, like Hershey. If you want to be sure you are getting valrhona, you need to buy in valrhona's sealed containers. That way noone was likely to dilute down. And it looks like their negative reviews in regards to this product are stacking up, so they have had no choice but to reduce the price. But what is it that they reduced the price on? I dont know? A valrhona hershey mix? this is my best guess. It did not taste right. From now on I am going to buy it at a chef supply store. Most sellers there, even if they repackage it, wont mess around with a chef's palate because chef's KNOW what valrhona is suppose to taste like. Every seller on here, that is repackaging it may be diluting it down.

I LOVE this cocoa powder. This will turn you into a total snob and Hershey's brand at the grocery store will no longer be satisfactory. This will up level any chocolate recipe. I'm serious. It has a beautiful rich flavor and deep color. I wish I didn't love it so much, but the quality and flavor is incredible and it is 100% worth the extra money!

Excellent depth of flavor!

When recipes tell you to buy the high quality cocoa, this is the one they mean! Yes I could tell the difference! Even in baking and certainly in a hot cocoa drink.
