Affresh Washing Machine Cleaner, Cleans Front Load and Top Load Washers, Including HE, 5 Tablets

I’ve been using this washing machine cleaner for a while now, and it works wonders! My washing machine was starting to develop an unpleasant odor, and this cleaner completely eliminated it after just one use. It leaves the drum smelling fresh and looking spotless.The instructions were easy to follow—just open the package and pour into the empty drum and run a regular cleaning cycle or tub clean mode. I was pleasantly surprised at how effectively it removed built-up residue and detergent deposits that I didn’t even realize were there. The cleaner also helps prevent mold and mildew, which is great for keeping my machine in top condition.I now use it monthly as part of my routine maintenance, and it has noticeably improved the overall performance of my washer. If you want to extend the life of your washing machine and keep it running efficiently, I highly recommend this product!

I have tried many washer cleaners and this one has worked the best. The washer is very clean when the cleaning is done and it is safe for our washer. It has not clogged anything.

This stuff really works. You wouldn't think a washing machine would need a cleaning other than wiping it down every now and then, but it does. I started noticing an odor in the washing machine and thought I'd give these a try. My top loading washing machine has a cleaning cycle that fills much higher than a regular clothes cleaning cycle and they do recommend using this product. There are also instructions if you do not have a cleaning cycle on your machine. For mine with the cleaning cycle you just toss the tablet in the basket not the dispenser and run it. The smell was gone after using it and it smelled fresh. They do recommend using it monthly and on the side of the box they have the months listed so you can check off after cleaning the machine. We do a lot of laundry, so a monthly cleaning seems to work for us and keeps it fresh smelling. If you don't do a lot of laundry, you probably would not need to run the cleaning cycle as often. I'll definitely continue using it on a regular basis and would recommend this product.

This stuff way exceeded my greatest expectations! When I moved into my new place the former owner left their washer and dryer for me. When I opened the closet where they were I was hit with a really intense musty smell of mildew or mold, like something was constantly wet in there. I searched for the smell and was surprised to find it was actually the inside of the washing machine. It's a front loader which was new to me and I thought they must have just continuously left wet clothes in it. After I moved in I started having flooding from a blocked drain pipe behind the washer. Little did I know it was pouring down into my finished basement and I had to have a massive demo and dry out and then a huge remodel done. I got the pipe cleared and assumed that had to be why it was so musty in there. The tear down and rebuild did not fix the smell. I had already tried vinegar and baking soda and bleach and I did look it up and found the seal had very thick black grime all through it. They clearly had never cleaned it. When reading about it it did mention Affresh. It took me a while to order it but now that I did I won't be without it. The black area in the top of the seal that I couldn't scrub off and had been permanently discolored by mold faded far more than I thought possible. The inside of the washer smells great and the inside of the closet is clear of any smell. Luckily all that other major stuff came out of my homeowners insurance and had to be done anyway. That would have been crazy if I went through all of that just because my washing machine was moldy. I am really surprised that it was able to get all the way up under the rubber seal. I was so scared I might have to take it off to clean it because I was pretty sure I wouldn't be able to put it back on! I'm 46 and my washer broke in my last house right after I bought it. I ended up paying a lot of extra money for an old style heavy duty one that's made the way they were when I was young. They lasted forever. I brought it to this place with me and when this fancy digital front loading smart washer kicks the bucket (because it will and it probably won't be long) I'll put my top loading washer in there that will last a lifetime (the rest of mine anyway). Until then I'm really happy I found Affresh. The wipes are on their way. I have high hopes. The reviews are great. I also got the dishwasher cleaner and stove top cleaner (which was delivered to me by mistake about a year ago and I haven't tried it yet). This product seems to live up to all the raving reviews!
