Had paid additional Charges for same day delivery but after provide 2 -3 different delivery times (last timing 10PM) for the same day the items as delivered the next Day. However same day charges are applied and taken.

The game I received has a "Not to be sold separately" on the box! It was sold separately, so I dont know why I received it like this! Not happy at all, because I bought it as a gift!
