Is there a provision for attaching a lanyard to this case?

This case was not made with a dedicated lanyard hole. However, I suppose you could attach a lanyard to the small bottom holes made for mic/speaker.

Cheap quality but fits

Not the greatest quality but it sits up when I needed it to and fits my phone well. I don’t know how protective it will be though if I drop my phone.

fits a Galaxy Xcover Pro perfectly

This rubber enclosure was reasonably priced, fits perfectly, is good quality, and I would recommend it to nearly anyone. Having said that, the screen side is open. Some other cases close completely. I would assume that would be for keeping a cell phone in a pocket all the time so keys cannot be pressed. I bought this primarily to help protect from droppage. I keep my phone with this rubber enclosure inside a canvass case on my belt at all times. I don't really consider this to be a case, just a rubber cover for droppage.
