Not had this long but it charges my small appliances very well. I've got it hooked up to solar panels and it charges very quickly. Came with a tiny amount of charge but responded well as soon as I put it on charge. Would happily buy same brand again.

I was reccomend one of these on an internet forum. I wasn't convinced but purchased anyway. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and weight. Smaller and half the weight of the scooter battery I've been using. Excellent. I've used the battery 2 or 3 times a week on average for up to 3 or 4 hours a time to power a flapper. It's not yet needed recharging and still showing full power. So far so good and I'd certainly buy more when the magnet battery fail.

I did not like that it became unreliable after maybe 4-5 months. Was great at first, I was highly impressed.I have a lamp (spares available to test with too). Often it will not light. If I put a voltmeter across the output, I might see about 13.5 volts. If I then try the lamp again it lights. Turn lamp off, leave it a couple of hours and we are back where we started. Could be BMS related, and maybe aged cells.Would I buy again? Nope. I'd buy something useful instead. Not a fan of this brand now to be honest.

Bought for portable radio operation. Same size and capacity as the sealed lead acid battery it's replacing but much lighter.Charges fast and runs the kit for about the expected time. I wouldn't buy another SLAB for portable now.

For the price I'd say it's ok. Reputable make. I did a discharge test and got 5.6 amp hours so 90% which seems to be standard across most budget brands. Although it says maximum discharge 9 amps I pulled 17 amps for 3 minutes and it held. (Over 20 it trips, which is reassuring). The reason for this test is I have an old 24 volt e bike that draws 14.5 amps on a hill. So I think I'll go ahead and put 2 in series.

Unfortunately the battery was not the right one for my needs. Was an easy collection and refunded quickly

These batteries are total junk. The sticker on the side and the description says 9A charge / discharge current.The truth is the BMS cuts the battery out as soon as the current exceeds 6A.This is why people state that it worked once then wouldn't charge - if the battery is very flat, the battery just keeps cutting out to protect itself.
