Good stuff...
The metal roof on my car port used to leak, just enough to annoy. It does not leak anymore ! Easy to apply and stays flexible. Going to do the roof on my shed when it warms up. Great metal roof fix.

Works very well on my metal roof.
I repaired rusted leaking sections around some of the screws on my metal barn roof. Works perfectly using small (6 x 6 inch) metal patches (cut from metal roofing sheets of the same profile) and placed over the top of the corroded (and cleaned) areas. Just run a bead of sealant inside the outside edges of the patched area before securing the patch in place.
