Great for applying a light dusting of Boric Acid
This worked perfectly to dust areas with Harris Boric Acid. For Boric Acid to be most effective, a very light dusting is required. It took just a couple of minutes to develop the right technique to apply a light dusting. I found shaking the canister to keep the dust loose and holding the canister upside down were helpful. One complaint, the cap often was in the way during use, partially blocking the nozzle.

Works nicely to dust for ants
Thus product works great when dusting in walls and cracks to get rid of carpenter ants. We had one last wall our home that had suspicious carpenter ant activity coming from it. We recently removed a nest near this area but in our outside staircase and we knew there was a part of that nest left in this internal wall or quite a few surviving ants that thought they were lucky. I made two holes in the internal walls located at the entry site I found outside and used this duster tool to pump the dust in. I also used it in cracks and spaces all around the area. Not long after I used the dust, ants were coming out of the wall and dying in seconds when they did. Not many ants as we may have gotten most in the other nest but ants are sneaky. They aren’t lying when they say there’s 100 somewhere for the 1 you see. It’s been several days since I’ve seen any come out dying so I will monitor and drill more holes in other parts of the wall if necessary. It’s a small wall but I’d like to avoid tearing it apart since we had to tear out a closet ceiling and part of the exterior staircase to remove nests. I’d buy this product again and have it on standby. It spreads dust much better than the bottle tip the dust products come with. Just be careful to not depress too fast as a lot can come out. Way more than needed. Also, wear latex gloves or some protective gloves as this spreads dust and it’s fine and will get sone on your hands and a bit around where you’re dusting. Kind of like a smoke.

Great buy, fast shipping
Easy to use. Has great built in needle to clear hose if it gets clogged up. Sprays dust easily. Holds just enough to do the job.

Works well but tip is a bit big for small cracks
I used this to spray boric acid to kill carpenter ants in the wall. It fit into one hole in the window casing just fine but it was too big to fit into a smaller crack so I'll have to order something with a smaller tip. I also wish it would have come with a shorter tube so I could angle it in a tight spot.

Had A Yellow Jacket Problem. This Fixed It.
We had yellow jackets build a next underneath a soffit right near our front door. Not the kind of critters you want to run into multiple times through the day when taking the dog out or headed in or out of the house. As time went on, they became super active and we knew something had to be done.I tried spraying whatever we had -- flying insect spray, wasp/hornet spray, etc. The problem was there were just so many of them that it was just killing a few that were entering or exiting.Bought this duster along with Delta Dust. I puffed a bunch in to the hole when activity was low. For a bit I was questioning if it was even doing anything, as it took probably 2-3x days to start seeing any dead yellow jackets. But then I saw more and more on the ground. And eventually a larger one that I identified as the queen. After that, activity dropped to zero.I also used this duster to puff powder in some outside lamps that paper wasps kept building nests in. Some things are difficult to keep insects out of and are a constant fight. The wasps would go in this top section of the metal mold that you couldn't get to even if you wanted. Puffing some in there killed them and haven't seen them since.I'm all for leaving mother nature alone when it's not building nests in your housing structure -- but if it stings and is in a walking path, it's got to go! This duster worked very well for me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

DOES NOT Match Manufacturer’s Details
I ordered this powder sprayer for dispensing Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth for pest control. I was SO HAPPY finding a Powder Sprayer NOT MADE of Plastic, expecting a LONGER LASTING Item. I GUESS I GOT an ASSEMBLY LINE DEFECTIVE item, that for the sake of The Manufacturer’s Reputation, SLIPPED PAST the Eyes of the QUALITY INSPECTORS!! 😖 The outer lower seal isn’t cut to accommodate the metal shaft. Instead of a cut-out, the seal’s CARELESSLY forced on, over the dispensary shaft (metal tube?). ~<Please SEE PHOTOS below >~ A big chip of paint is missing on the spray shaft Near the Adjustable screw which SUPPOSEDLY controls the POWDER’S Flow; ‘Mist to Heavy’. Going by the MANUFACTURER’S Description I expecting ADJUSTMENT Abilities > FINE MIST or NOT! I’ve Tried different Adjustments, and a HUGE BLOB SEEMS to be what I’m Stuck with getting!Yes, I know that there’s an ‘Type of Spray’ controller, but it doesn’t make any DIFFERENCE. There wasn’t MUCH THOUGHT (or Testing done) regarding the sprayer shaft’s cap either. When uncapped for spraying, the Permanently attached cap BLOCKS the flow of powder! 😣 So I use a ‘twist-tie’ for attaching the stiff plastic cap out of the way before spraying. Also I’ve noticed when the Reservoir has Any Level of powder, that it won’t dispense without having to flip the Sprayer upside down and back in order to get ANY POWDER at all; NO MATTER the Reservoir’s powder level 😦I GOT an ASSEMBLY LINE LEMON and am frustrated each time I use it ‼️ 🤨 I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, by NO FAULT of AMAZONS.**Improvement IDEA: A Variety of Nozzles (attaching to spray nozzle’s opening) would be GREAT 👏🏼, by Simply switching between the size of the TYPE of Powder spray Needed. The current dispensary opening is WAY TOO LARGE, causing WASTE of Product which is not INEXPENSIVE!! 💸💰💸Going to shop for another BRAND’s Non-plastic Sprayer!Good Concept, Flunky Design and TERRIBLE CONSTRUCTION 😤
