I bought these thinking that they would be a great alternative to the solid bins since they’re flexible and also cheaper. However, they’re not because the they’re kind of tedious to wipe and take apart. There’s so many Velcro points and mine were actually missing some Velcro. The build is ok and I actually like that the lid is a solid piece backed with what I think is probably plywood (some bins have lids that are just molded foam). I ended up returning and just buying the solid bins and they have been working perfectly.Note: this will not fit a 2023 Fremont model y, but that is not the reason I gave 3 stars.

So i checked and rechecked as these were for my 2023 Tesla Y 5 seater and yes thats what i ordered…however the bin for passenger side was bent like others have in their posted pics…the lid was not even the same cut out as the drivers (left) side was and so it didnt sit in the groove and i have now a small gap between the lid and the lip of where it should be.👎 i had to pound it into place because it was such a wrong cut out it would even slip into where the trunks cover edges were(it overlapped the trunks cover & thats was a nono for me!

I bought the new version (Austin) on here and the passenger side STILL doesn't fit perfectly. Mine came squished and I had to use a blow dryer to get the dent out. And even after 10 minutes the passenger side was still a tough squeeze inside the trunk. And one of the sides doesn't reach the car too.Also one of the lids has a rattle inside, something broke inside it.Just wait for the official version that's going to be releasing for $85. For $110+tax this is NOT worth it.

I initially purchased this product from Tesla. I returned it as it did not fit in my 2023 Model Y. I purchased the product again from this seller. The quality was equally good as the Tesla's original one if it was not better. But unfortunately it did not fit my car either. I contacted the seller with a picture of my car's VIN number to indicate my car was produced from Fremont factory and delivered to me in November 2022. They notified me that they were making the product that fits the models made in Austin factory and Fremont Factory after 9/2022 . They would send me one once it became available. As they promised, I received the new product two days ago. It fits my car perfectly. I am very happy about their product and the customer support this seller provided. I highly recommend this seller to every Tesla car owner.

A package of corn tortillas disappeared into one of the side storage areas in the rear cargo area of my 7-seater Model Y, molded, and stunk up the car. So I went in search of trunk side storage bins with covers. The Tesla OEM storage bins are only available for the 5-seater so I expanded my search and found these.When I first installed them, the rubber inserts stuck up a few centimeters above the level of the rear most section of the cargo area. When the 3rd row seats are folded flat in my 7-seater Model Y, the rear most section of the cargo area is lower than the rest of the cargo area - some describe it as a “bump” in floor of the cargo area. Turns out that the sub trunk cover can be flipped over to raise the rear most section of the cargo area, making the entire cargo area flat. Now the rear most section of the cargo area matches the height of the rubber inserts. Problem solved and I am loving these!

Perfect fit for 2022 Tesla Model Y. Took a star off because of the price.1) The tubs are essentially just the OEM part that you can buy from Tesla directly for $80. I wouldn't call it a knockoff per se since it's likely made in the same factories exactly the same way. In any case, this costs more but has the lids which makes it much nicer than OEM. Just expensive.2) The tubs are going to be pretty squashed when they arrive because of the way it's packed. I just stuffed it with some towels to restore the shape and then heated it slightly with a hair dryer.

Like other reviews o my drive side fits perfectly. Passenger side does not fit. It isn’t even the same cut as the side that fits. Sturdiness is good. Slides in perfectly and easy for the side that actually fits. Don’t bother forcing the passenger side in. The cut is not even the same. It’s like they gave you a pair that is meant for two different cars. Too bad. Material matches stock. Returned item.

Fit was a little challenging but got it done
