HP Laserjet Pro M476nw Wireless All-in-One Color Printer, 20ppm, adf, Wi-Fi, USB

Have not needed tech support yet, so can't answer that one. But, overall, this is a very nice printer. Easy enough to set up. Nice looking, not too clunky.

Good printer with only one fault. Requires manual paper retractor to keep paper from falling to floor. Previous less expensive HP model was automatically ejected in place.

overall a good printer but price at Amazon is $100 more than what it is on Walmarts website.Come on Amazon.

I wanted an e printer. This works.Set up instructions could be clearer.

Twice I did not receive ink on time. I use my printer for work. Hp could not send me ink on time so I bought a replacement cartridge on amazon. They would not let me use it. Then when I finally received their ink I cancelled further shipments and now they won’t allow me to use their ink I paid for unless I reenroll in hp instant ink. I am about to throw it all in the trash and buy another brand!!!!
