However, I was disappointed with the packaging.The company seems to have focused more on presentation than quantity. There are three layers of packaging — a box cover, a plastic packet, and then several tiny plastic packets with just two cookies in each. It's excessive and not at all environmentally friendly.I hope the brand considers more sustainable and minimal packaging in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with the consistent drop in product quality. This product is a disgrace. Nearly every biscuit packet I received had broken pieces and the biscuits themselves are so soft, they disintegrate at a touch. The first purchase was fine, but after that, its been nothing but disappointment. How can you sell something that looks and feels so cheap? Its impossible to offer such biscuits to guest, they are embarrassing. Some packets even have biscuits less than half the usual size. You can literally feel the broken pieces through the unopened packet! Stop cheating loyal customers and fix this mess immediately!
