Amazing for gripping
These are great and I need to get back to training my grip. I am decent with my right hand on the lowest level, but my left struggles after a few reps. These are great either way.

Great little set
Great little set. The previous 100 wasn't enough to me anymore so I upgraded. I am very satisfied with them and I recommend it to everyone who interested in his grip strength.

Great value for money
Definitely worth the money. I thought they might hurt my hands after reading other reviews but I find them ok. No sore hands and I have been using them throughout the day, everyday since I purchased them.

Design really hurts your hands
They are nice and look good quality, the springs are very heavy.bad bit, the handles are metal and the finish is very rough hurts your hand and causes blistering if used daily.
