Well made and easy to use if you can balance yourself
Well made and a good weight to it.Heel and toe are adjustable~ pull out and push in, secured with 4 stubs.Doesn’t slip in useNot used long enough to see if it helps but it really does stretch the hamstrings more than just the edge of a step. The toe inset is helping stretch out my tendons and plantar.

This stretching product does the job well, but me being me, I'm back to just doing my exercise using the wall?! A good product if you're happy with changing it from foot to foot.

Like it and it seems to work for me.
I'd started stretching by placing my forefoot on a step and dropping my heel down. It felt like a good stretch, but I have now come to the conclusion that it was actually aggravating an already tender achilles tendon. Things were getting worse, despite the fact I'd almost stopped running (just light jogging). In fact, the other Achilles tendon/calf was starting to stiffen up !Anyway, I bought this in the hope that it would help, based on positive reviews. I'd say that it has helped. To me it looks like a similar movement to dropping your heel off a step, but for some reason it doesn't seem to aggravate my tendon. I don't know if that's due to the way your foot is supported ? Could be. My heel does sometimes hurt using it, but I realised that it's not hurting because of pressure cause by the PS+, it's due to muscles/tendons in that area being stretched.Basically, the only stretching I do now is on the PS+, and for me it's working. I'm also continuing with eccentric calf strengthening exercises, but I'm no longer doing it off a step. I just do it on the flat now (with the added benefit that I no longer have to loiter suspiciously in the stairwell at work !)
