Great, low-noise solution for MacBook Air
Sabrent USB-C audio adaptor.Simple and effective and much less prone to interference/hum than a Y-splitter cable that connects via the headphone port. I use this on an M1 MacBook Air for recording guide voiceovers since it allows me to connect a hardwired lavalier mic and headphones for realtime monitoring. Using Audacity there is approx a half-second latency - but I also get that with the Y-cable so I guess that's just a system/software thing and not specific to the Sabrent. Good product with very low noise.

Does the Job at a Decent Price
I needed a solution for getting the audio from a mixing console into a new iPad Pro (with USB Connector) whilst recording video on the iPad. The item is plug and play, the iPad uses the audio connector and replaces the audio source from the inbuilt mix whilst plugged in. Build quality is OK, feels reasonably solid if not robust and certainly suitable for light use.Not entirely sure where they plucked up the idea of an RRP of £22.99, I paid £7.99 and it's worth that, I wouldn't want to pay any more for it.Sound quality is perfectly acceptable for the application and I'm pleased with the purchase.

Onboard soundcard failed
I have purchased 2 of these devices now as they are so simple to use and perform well enough. When the onboard sound stopped working on my MSI Mag Mortar motherboard I purchased one of these to do the job instead and not regretted my decision. I purchased another for use on my Minisforum UM690 mini pc and again had no problems. Sabrent being one of the top reliable manufactures of recent times

Handy and works well
Surprised by how well this gives me an audio input for iPad music apps. Compact and solid form factor makes a convenient pairing with a tablet with usb c connection. Good value for the price.

Replacement for broken on board audio
Laptop's built in mic died whilst I was teaching, bought this to replace it with my clip on mic since my laptop doesnt have an audio jack. Works great. Plug and play, nice and easy.
