This is a great product

I got this as a cheaper alternative to John Friedas frizz ease serum but it didn't come quite up to par due to the formulation and the fragrance. It smells somewhat like a weakened mens aftershave, which some may enjoy, but I however dont want my hair smelling of that so hence the lower rating. Other than the smell, it's good value for the price if you're looking for something cheap but effective.

The thing is that it's AS good as the John Freida anti-frizz line (I would primarily use the feather light, but do and have used the other serums and creams as well). I would say this is just the same really. So if you've used one of those, this will be fairly similar.What I like about this product by Got2B for Anti-Frizz:* Scent is very mild but lovely!* It's very effective and goes on very light.* This can also double up as a heat protection 'lotion' (though I do also use their angel heat protection spray).* The SIZE of the bottle as opposed to others is VERY good (generous, i.e. BIGGER than all the others much better price).I can't think of any cons other than when I put it on, it doesn't miraculously DO MY HAIR for me! 😭🙈😂* I also use this on wet OR dry hair, it can help very much 'close off those ends' whether your hair is wet or dry. I do recommend this anti frizz cream/lotion (it's a bit more like a lotion than a cream).

AVOID - THIS MADE MY HAIR SMELL LIKE SOUR MILK!! I ended up washing my hair 3 times in one day because I couldn’t understand why my hair smelt so disgusting - the only thing I had changed from my usual routine was using this hair cream before I dried it. I then Googled the issue with this hair cream making your hair smell rotten and found reviews saying the same as me. I then washed my hair for the 3rd time and didn’t use this cream and my hair smelt beautifully clean again. I would never recommend this product to anyone and I will never use it again.

Some reviews mentioned frizz control lotion 'bad' smell but nobody mentioned the fact that refreshing almost citrusy smell of the lotion disappears within first half an hour or so after application. I wish the smell lasts longer. Smells goregous. It sorts the frizz out but you need to figure out how much of a lotion to use otherwise it will look greasy (as any other hair product). Hard to give 5 stars, that would mean I feel like I came out from the hairdressers every time after I wash my hair.
