Great little kitchen gadget that takes salads to a whole new level! Cuts carrots amazingly and is good for all sorts of other vegetables too. Quite sharp, so watch your fingers when cleaning or washing! Lovely quality which justifies the slightly higher price than other similar items on the market.

does what its meant to

I bought this Kuhn Rikon Julienne peeler on a best buy recommendation. It was complete rubbish, I tried it first on a carrot first and it fell apart I then tried it on a uncooked baked potato same outcome - I tried to return it but the seller placed a 1 month returns policy on his account - must have known how rubbish it was. Looks great but isn't a julienne peeler.....Very very disappointed not what I expected from the Swiss!

Didn’t even finish one carrot and that thing just broke apart. I was so looking forward to use this but unfortunately it’s just really poorly designed. Such a shame.
