I’m a chef and this is one of the best I’ve ever used for my own home kitchen. *It will last a very long time if you pay attention to the direction to: 1 - not use on very high heat, 2 - always put even a tiny bit of oil of any kind in the pan, 3 - only use a gentle scrubbing sponge when cleaning !! Many people don’t know about the heat limitations of non-stick or that non-stick doesn’t mean no-oil is required. This brand is fabulous and the quality/craftsmanship/design is wonderful, lid is also well-made and durable. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I bought this as a replacement pan and I love the smooth glass finish inside the pan. Feels solid to the touch and evenly cooks.

Beautifully made pan. Non-stick feature works well. Pan is very shallow. 1 1/2" deep. Image with dimensions on the pan show the outside of the pan as 3 1/2". I am a vegan, so I'm not cooking slabs of meat. I was sauteing cubes of eggplant. Stirring them w/o some of them ending up on the cooktop was a challenge. Love the pan, not happy with the shape, as it's not that functional for the things I cook. I knew it was shallow, but if I'd had a chance to try it before buying, I would have looked for something deeper. I do have a deeper Zwilling pan I love, the 4.6 qt Spirit Perfect Pan. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0155LHQY6/ I wasn't expecting to make tomato sauce in this frypan, but to saute and brown chopped things. I'll keep looking for a better option with ceramic non-stick. Zwilling does make a good product.

After using this product less than 10 times it’s worthless. It is no longer the same nice non stick pan that came in the mail 2 weeks ago. It’s lost all its non stick properties and my cooking and cleaning process followed instructions to the T. This is how it looks after cooking the same sausage I’ve cooked on 5 or 6 other non stick pans including ceramic over the last 15 or so years. The pan is no longer non stick and this won’t wash off. Absolute garbage marketed as being better. Do not purchase. Will be getting a refund for sure

This is better than the triply expensive one I bought from specialty kitchen store. I had the old pan in my car for over a year because I felt I should return it. Ended up just throwing away.So happy with this pan. It’s like magic. Everyone comments on it. Thank you!

This purchase is actually a backup for a sauté pan that came in a cookware set. Simply excellent product. We have ongoing difficulty finding skillets compatible with our Miele. Zwilling pans are so easy to clean and very well balanced. Obviously we're pleased with them.

Using this pan in regular fashion (I think I was frying some salmon), put the lid on and *POP* the O-ring popped out of the lid. Unfortunately past the return window so I'm stuck with it.
