I wanted a heating pad that would stay on my shoulders and this one is perfect.

This was a gift, the person loves it. It stays in place, no need to keep adjusting a regular heating pad.

I like the idea of the timer, and the heat from my neck to my low back is what I was after. I have arthritis in my neck to my low back so this targets all the spots at once. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the control display goes to 65 and will not display the higher Temps I select, but if you keep clicking it up the temp does actually go up, I just can't tell to what temperature except how it feels to me. It doesn't seem to get too hot. It has a timer, at least that is working normal the display shows exact time selected. I'll just keep it, at least it does get good and warm to do what I need it to do. It's quite soft, feels cozy and soft around my neck and shoulders, I love it! And for the price I am pleasantly surprised. I decided to get this because the last one I got was over $30 and only lasted a year. If this lasts a year for this price I won't be so disappointed.

Easy to use. Can adjust heat or shut off timer. Drapes easily to cover shoulders and back. This pad does not bunch up like others I’ve had in the past. Would definitely purchase again.

Works great and good quality

Do not recommend. Ordered and had to return the first unit, was glitchy and very hard to get it to turn on, and it barely heated up. Returned the defective unit for a replacement. The replacement turns on, but it barely gets warm.It’s a shame because the pad itself is nicely shaped, with a collar, and the fabric is soft and cozy, but it just barely gets warm which makes it useless.

This was too large for my shoulders.also it does not lie flat on shoulders. The remote is nice
