How do you wire these to your headlights or parking lights?

Hello, there are 2 wires in total, one red and one black, the red line can be connected to the acc fuse, so that you can start the car and light up, or connect to the headlight, so that you turn on the headlight and the three-color light can be lit up. The black line can be connected to the negative electrode of the battery, or to the place where the car body has iron, I hope it can help you.
