Nice combo
Please to have found this combination as I used to take zinc on its own, but needed to introduce copper and this saves taking 2 separate supplements. It quite a large capsule but if taking alone is fine.

Great Duo
Great mix of Copper and Zinc, both very essential minerals for health.Copper is often forgotten, but is essential for heavy meat eaters , or ladies after menopause who eat a lot of Iron containing foods (meat, spinach, kale etc)Copper balances the iron.Zinc is essential for your ability to fight off viruses and winter colds.Very pleased with this product.

Really upset my stomach
I took this for a few days and had really upset stomach issues. Stopped taking all supplements and symptoms disappeared.Reintroduced supplements steadily, especially ones I'd been taking for years without problems. Reintroduced these at half dose and symptoms more or less immediately reappeared. Stopped taking and they went again. Not sure what's in these but it completely disagreed with me. I'd avoid.
