Under heavy load like gaming needs to be kept plugged in to wall.
Plays AAA games great. I've played AAA titles on Ultra settings for 10 to 12 hours straight with good temps all around and good fps with no crashes.

Great for the price. Few gripes, but mostly minor.
After using this as my daily driver for over a month, and going through a tough time personally that involved a lot of moving around. This laptop has been very enjoyable and worth while of a purchase. With a few point of grievances, overall I think what this laptop offers for the price is worth it. First and foremost, this is a budget option. That meaning that some aspects were skimped out on to make the cost better in line with their goals. As long as you are aware of that going in, you'll probably enjoy this laptop all the same.Since I've had this laptop i've taken some notes to share incase my experience may help another.Notable Pros:-Surprising battery life. At least compared to my last laptop which would die in an hour. This one can survive 2-5 while doing things depending on active load.-Great Keyboard. My last bigger budget laptop had a way worse keyboard. Rigid and smooth.-Button to max out fans is something I use quite often when playing games as the sound is only noticeable when no audio is occurring.-Not over "gamerfied". Personally, I hate the over the top RGB look that any decent product always looks like. This product has a simple nice looking backlight for the keyboard and is presentable in a public space without an explanation on what you do in your free time.Notable Cons:-Screen is the biggest downside when seeing where they skimped. Just the color accuracy is very faded. I've remedied this a little by windows new native "AI Color correction" feature which did actually improve the experience. But I'd guess it went from maybe like 65% accuracy to 72% at best.-Co-pilot gets a dedicated button when media only gets play / pause.-Arguably bad feeling trackpad. Very usable, but just not a satisfying tactile experience in the slightest. Precision isn't a problem however.-Wifi problems out of the box, but surprise surprise, removing norton antivirus fixed it. I'll always advocate against Norton and McAfee, but I cant really judge the laptop for it as it's actually decently free of bloat besides that.-Built in speakers are indeed speakers. Not one I'd use as a first choice ever though.-Sharp corners can make an uncomfortable wrist rest when operating at more obscure angles.-And my most nitpicky one yet: I really dont care much for the function key being on the right of the space bar. I much prefer the left :)Nothing here is a deal breaker to me. Just small odds and ends which could of been much worse given the pricepoint. For the low mid range budget laptop, it does its job well enough. And survived being chucked out my back door during my house fire so it gets a few extra bonus points for that.

Experience with the MSI Thin A15 Gaming Laptop: Performance and Reliability.
Since I started using it, it has performed well and hasn’t shown any issues, except for one time when I had to restart it. Other than that, it’s been great. The laptop remains in perfect condition and handles

Awesome Deal and Okay Device
The combination of the RAM and SSD Storage make this a powerhouse for file read/write speed whether it’s turning on or opening a game it happens in no time. Performs exceptionally well in most titles but definetly not taking on Triple-A game titles max settings. The laptop is very much designed to look like a classic gaming device, but the plastic leaves higher build quality to be desired.
