I was a bit skeptical about getting a portable steam sauna, but after using this one for a few weeks, I’m completely sold! The setup was surprisingly easy. everything unfolded smoothly, and the instructions were clear. It heats up quickly, and the steam output is strong enough to create a true sauna experience right in my home.What I love most is how spacious it is. I’m about 5’11”, and I can sit comfortably without feeling cramped. The material feels durable, and the zippers and seams seem well-made. I also appreciate the little details, like the pockets for your hands, so you can still use your phone while inside.After each session, I feel incredibly relaxed. it's like having a spa day without leaving my house. The added option to use essential oils makes the experience even better. If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

As a runner logging 6-10 miles daily, this sauna is a game-changer! It heats up quickly, relaxes sore muscles, and boosts circulation. Setup is easy, and it’s surprisingly sturdy for a portable unit. A must-have for recovery—highly recommend!

Note in the picture the size of my husband who is 6’ and the size of a normal dining chair. Directly in front of the dining chair zoom in (as it’s so small….) and THAT is the chair included with this sauna. A sauna is for adults and if a chair is included it should be one that fits an adult not a toddler …..

So far I have only positive things to say about this Portable sauna. I use it mostly after my works outs. It works just as good as a regular sauna. Heat level is great, it also doesn’t take much space and can be stored in your garage. Looks like a durable product and I no longer need to go to a sauna after my workouts
