The glitter is pretty enough, but the texture of the gel was goopy and difficult to apply, almost as if it were old and had dried out a bit. Three stars because it was very inexpensive, so I pretty much got what I expected - it works ok but it's nothing really special. Would make a fun addition to a children's dress up kit or makeup box.
