Love ghostbond
Ghostbond is my go-to glue. I use a lace system with a pu border, and I like to apply two thin layers of glue to the scalp and blow dry it until it is mostly dry but still a little sticky. I then place the system with the tape on the border onto my head, and it provides a very strong hold for up to 3 weeks. This bottle, although small, provides quite a bit of glue as I only need a couple of gobs of glue in order to set my system. It dries pretty quickly when using a blow dryer, and it comes with a plastic spatula-like applicator that makes spreading the glue very easy. Once attached, the glue is heat and sweat resistant, which is great for me because I work out a lot, and yet my system still remains on pretty firmly for 3 weeks. I also wash my hair daily, and the glue still holds well. As long as the glue is dried adequately and spread out, it won't get into the hair or ruin the system. I absolutely love ghostbond it is my favorite glue.

Ok, I’m convinced you have to glue it down for maximum melt
OK, tell you how many years I’ve been watching the girls lay their laces and getting this skin like finish with every wig install. I’m very familiar with the product, but this is my first time using the product and honestly I don’t like glowing things to myself that goes for lashes nails everything but if you do it right application can be seamless and the takedown can be just as easy.ProsThe bottle is small and it comes with the nozzle for exact placement. I hate to say this, but I think it reminds me of lash glue. It gets tacky and it dries clear, but the hold is superior to any lash glue I’ve ever used. The process was a lot quicker than I anticipated. It dried down very well and quickly. I did three layers on my 5 x 5 wig and that was just enough I will say for my first time I did pretty good. I did have some issues with laying one side but I think it’s pretty good for my first try.ConsThe only con I have is making sure that you place the glue layer exactly where you need it and making sure you get the edges to lay flat. I’m gonna use some tape in extension removal oil, and see how that works. But overall, the more you practice, the better you’ll get and disclaimer once you use this product you can use the melting spray to reduce the residue look and make the lease transparent. I’ve been using lace built without glue and I could I have never gotten a blend like this before!Highly recommend.

She holds well but…….
I’ve worn this glue before . I personally prefer their ghost bond supreme. However ghost bond xl is very satisfying for my day to day routine provided I’m not sweating. The moment I start to sweat is the moment my unit starts to lift . I realize different people will react to this product differently. I have a friend who can go for an entire week using the ghost bond xl without any issues . Overall ghost bond as a brand is top tier in the lace front industry so you can’t go wrong with this product.
