Got relief from the sharp pain piercing out from my cracks within 2 nights of application that none of the other creams could especially during peak winter. It comes like a wax in a glue stick with a very mild odour and is not at all sticky nor does it feels being generously applied although it does the job well. Since it has higher urea, I only apply it 2 to 3 times a week once the cracks got lessened. Rest of the time going with other creams. Also using socks after applying seemed to work better, which anyway is irrespective of the cream being used.Appeared expensive however the results compensated for the price. The downside in my experience was that this one came with soon to be expired product and I had to settle with it as no other seller in India was selling it at that point. Overall, happy to recommend it for deeper cracks. Not otherwise in India due to seller concerns.

its very hard to apply, it's not like roll on. You have to apply with extra force for some cream to stick to your heals. or else take spatula and spread with it. After continuous application for 3 weeks, you will see some results, and by fourth week it works fully.one star less for bad texture and non user friendly to apply

Cured my dry cracked awful heels . But , it takes some time if it's severely cracked like mine. On my second tube. It keeps my heels baby soft. No recurrence
