This product definitely works. I had purchased a rug that had a “twine/rope” smell. Beautiful colors but had a strange smell. I purchased this product in hopes of removing or at least covering up the odor. After the second use you couldn’t even smell it any more. I did end up spraying both sides of the rug(its reversible) I think saturating both sides really helped as well.The product has its own “different” smell that I can’t exact place, it’s refreshing like mint but also sweet smelling. I’m not a huge fan but it doesn’t bother me either, especially since the product works at eliminating other smells!

My wife is still reviewing and testing this. It seems to work well.

I was skeptical but I took a chance. This is the most amazing odor remover ever. Dog smells, food odors, smoke, anything unpleasant is gone in a few minutes. The scent is just okay but it dissipates in just a fee minutes. The bottle seems small but when you realize it doesn't take much to eliminate odors, it's a good buy. I've used this on water safe fabric with excellent results, too.

Even though the product information specifically stated that the sprayer was included with the 32 oz size, it was not. I didn't return it. I provided my own sprayer so that I could judge the product. It did a terrific job of eliminating odor. Even stale smoke odor was totally eliminated. The scent is a tad industrial but it doesn't stick around. It is strictly an odor eliminator and not an air freshener. There was also a lack of wet residue from this product collecting on the floor and other surfaces. It quickly dissipated in the air. I hope the problem with the sprayer is solved because I would like to purchase it in the future. I gave it three stars because the missing sprayer gave the appearance of deceitful or false advertising and it seems a bit pricey.

My friend had two different ostomy bags over a 6 mth period due to severe differticulitis. Painful. Life altering. It was critical that he find a odor reducing spray / product that could handle the strong offensive smells when changing the bags. This was just one product I bought. The spray nosal of this deodorizer made it easier to spray inside each new bag to help offset odors during wear.

The 1st I ordered this product I loved it! It had a fresh “sanitized” scent & got rid off cigarette & cooking odors almost instantly & the product’s scent didn’t linger. FYI the liquid in the bottle was clear, like water.Unfortunately when I re-order this same product, something was terribly wrong. My 1st clue was that the color of the liquid product was a milky white not clear like water, but the worst part was that it smelled like old rotten fruit & ginger (?). Unfortunately I’d already sprayed my living room with this product & had to air my entire house (opening all doors & windows in 95 degree weather!) It took HOURS for the smell to go away!I don’t know if the manufacturer changed it’s formula or possibly the 2nd bottle was expired or heat damaged (?) But I do NOT recommend it, until/unless the manufacturer goes back to the original “recipe”, which I’d be more than happy to purchase again.I ended up returning that 2nd bottle & informing Amazon of the details above & they refunded my money.However I’d really like to re-order another bottle of the “original recipe” product, it was my favorite product for this purpose & a shame that the scent changed drastically!

My Mom is on an Ostomy bag and emptying it can be the most horrible smell you have ever smelled in your life. I have tried everything to eliminate this wretched smell out of her room and my house. Fresh Wave IAQ Commercial Odor eliminator truly does as described! I have finally found the only product that works. Thank you for making my house smell clean and fresh again. I will be ordering more right now. Just wish the price point was a tad cheaper.
