Have used for slicing thin garlic for mixing in a spinach recipe. Great results, easy to clean, attractive tool.

I’ve only tried it with garlic so far and I’m eager to try it with some ginger. It does slice beautifully thin piece; however, Each Time, several of these slices remain in the main compartment, and also have to be removed on the outer part of the blade. It’s a timesaver if thinly sliced garlic is good for you, but if you can use a good knife, halfway decently, you may prefer to mince it.

This little gadget is a game changer! I’m not a chef, I don’t love cooking or slaving for hours. We love garlic, but don’t use it as often as we’d like because it’s so much work. NOT ANYMORE😍
