My watch turned out to be defective.

This model turned out to be defective. The watch band was too big but it could be shortened by taking out the extra link which I did. When I snapped link, I just put the watch away. The next day, I tried to unfasten the watch bracelet and I could not open it. Neither could my husband. The watch, as nice at it was, had to returned as it was useless. Too bad because I really liked the watch but since I don't know if the one I received was a just a rare mistake, I am afraid to reorder.
