Hi, my shipment was never delivered. and ups tracking says that it was returned to the sender. how can i try to get a refund?

Well I had an issue not with the sender but with Amazon itself!

What size shrink capsules would fit these?

The ones I bought were "one size" heat shrink. So when I put them on the bottle I used the heat from a BIC lighter and the shrink capsules fit perfectly. It only took a little bit of heat (3 seconds), so there was no damage to the bottle, cork and it didn't effect the chemistry of the wine. I will tell you that I ordered #8 strait corks 7/8"x1 & 3/4" and they did not fit well (maybe it was user error, lol) I have a huge cork collection and ended up using some recycled corks.

Are there any reusable corks that can be used with these bottles that seal well enough to be stored on their sides?

Depends. You can search reusable corks and find something plastic, though it will depend on the bottle how tight they fit. Otherwise, you'll want a stopper that clicks shut. You can use a vacuum seal, "cork" but you'll need to make sure whatever you're corking has no gas. A better bet if you're going to be drinking it soon would be to get a 1 liter soda bottle with a screw cap. If you're trying to preserve a wine, you wont want to keep it in it's original bottle anyways because the extra headspace will make it vinegar over time. In that case buy some 350ml bottles with appropriate corks for the bottle.
