Can you walk on this mat with high heel shoes?

I would definitely not walk on these with high heels.

Can you roll an office chair on this?

I would suspect you could but since I have my mats in the kitchen and only stand on them I do not know. It is my understanding that they were made for use in the kitchen to help with fatigue from standing and that their shape and thickness would not lend itself for office use.

Would this work on hardwoods or would the foam backing leave residue?

I have it in the kitchen in front of the sink and it is holding up very well. It has gotten wet and it shows no sign of any residue It's very well made and the material is high quality. Sorry I can't answer as far as having it on a hardwood floor.

Our kitchen is Latex free, do these mats include latex or rubber materials?

I would say both, but I'm not 100% sure. It has a strong odor to it even after having it for 6 months. It's comfortable to stand on for sure...but I wouldn't put it in my kitchen. This is more of a factory or garage type pad IMO.
