Size details- I'm a 6ft tall female, wear a 2x dress, 18-20 pant, my rear end and thighs are large. The XXL was a little bit loose but not so loose that they fell down. I didn't have any gapping in the thigh area either. They are so soft and comfortable, very breathable too. The tear away sides are very durable. Other brands tend to rip easily when just putting them on, not these guys.I'm going to size down next time and see if they fit better. Now for product review- AMAZING! I usually have to wear a pull up AND a large overnight pad; but last night I was able to wear just the Tena pull up. I did have a dime size leak in the morning, but I belive it's because I finally slept for 9 hours straight, and my incontinence is very heavy through the night.Waking up this morning without soggy pajama pants was amazing.My husband is so polite, has never said anything about me smelling like teetee in the morning when we wake up, but this morning he said, "its nice just being able to smell your shampoo this morning, and nothing else." I excitedly said, "babe! I know right!!"I knew that was his polite way of saying, "it's nice to not wake up to my wife smelling like teetee!" I am only 39, and he's 43. Mornings used to be for cuddling and stuff. But for the last 2 years I have gotten up and immediately needed to shower and wash my clothes. By the time I'm done he's already up and getting ready to leave for work. It was nice to only have 1 small wet spot on my pj's. Tonight, I will try putting them on backwards and I imagine I'll wake up dry. Which tbh I couldn't tell which side was the back, so I may have had them on backwards to begin with. There is also a lifted inside flap as shown in the photo, that helps phenomenally!I hope these work as well for you, as they did for me! =D Take care soggy bottom friends. ♡

I have tried several brands of incontinence pants over the years. These diapers are the best so far. They are designed to cover my crotch so leaks are rare. They are also very soft like a cotton fabric. Because of my condition I add booster pads which are cheaper and save on pants. I do recommend these pants.

My mom really likes these, and she's tried many others. Now we get them on subscription so she won't run out. Glad to have something that works for her when you need it.

Love this product. HOWEVER< they changed the sizing on them. THey moved small to medium up to Large and Large to extra Large. I think anyone who used xl is out of luck. The descriptions of the sizes on the pages is incorrect. There is nothing to warn you they changed the sizing. This really is a pain in the butt for someone to have to deal with. I am not happy but am stuck with these because they are the best I have found. Thank you Tena, for this problem!

Please watch the new sizing. I did not know TENA sizing had changed & whn I went to put one on I thought I ordered wrong or I really got fat. The size I've always bought was way to small now. So read their new sizing chart now. I have 4 packages to return

You order "Large" from Amazon and they send you packages marked XL. But they are the same size as the old Large. Already returned one order, but luckily noticed the notice at the top of listing before returning the second box of them.I assume this will happen for Old S/M--> New Large, Old XL-->New XXL too. The only way to differentiate is by the waist size, e.g. "39 - 52” WAIST for Old Large/New XL.

This is my mother’s preferred brand. When she says she is running out, it is so easy to ship them to her. Good price

This order had two packs that were a smaller sized in the 12 package 📦 unit, it took me 5 hours to redirect my 90 year old mom who lives in an assisted living facility. She is 95% independent & i order her items in bulk as she is on a limited income, unable to drive to get her necessities like pull-ups & other items. I check on her 4-5 X a week to assist her with exercises, bills, stocking her cabinets & buying her groceries. She opened 2 packs and they were all sitting on her bed & was having an anxiety attack as they were “too small”, after checking the order with her i found them to be too small with those pull-ups being set aside. They were in the correct XL TENA nighttime. From now on, i am going to check each pull-up with one of the pull-ups being marked with blue ‘so as a quality check. I check each pull-up to ensure each one is the correct size & matches the one i marked with blue ink. Otherwise, the other TENA XL have been very good for my Mom helping her to be independent.
