Nice Puller, End Cutter
These "nail puller/end cutters" are nicely made. The rubber handles are fit well to the tool. They are solid and the jaws are well machined. They meet well with no offset and the hinge is smooth with no binding. The casting is clean without pock marks or bumps. They work well for pulling nails if the nail head is "proud" of the wood. They are not going to reach down into the wood for the nail head without doing a fair amount of damage to the surface of the wood, but, if you can get a grip on the head of the nail, these will allow you to make short work of pulling a common nail. The cutting edge is sharp for an inexpensive tool. It easily cuts wire and thin material and holds its edge. I do believe it would take the grip of a gorilla to cut off a framing nail, but, I believe it could be done. I would not want it to cut through a nail too easily. That would make it very difficult to use as a puller. At this price point it is a good value. Is it a precision tool valued at $50+? No. But, at the current price of $10.85, it is a versatile tool well worth a place in my toolbox.

It is sturdy. It will do the job.
Does exactly what I need it to do. It stays within arms length an all times in the shop. The fact it can cut as well is such a bonus

Works great to remove crown staples
I used this to remove all the 16GA crown staples from floor underlayment when replacing the underlayment. It worked fine for that application. I was sore for 3 days. I was an electrical tradesperson that moved to an office role. If you don't use your body, it gets weaker.

Pretty great, one minor caveat.
This tool is pretty excellent for the price. Nice and sturdy. However, depending on the depth and bite of a nail, it can be tricky to use, and requires a bit of skill. This is a double-edged sword however, because it can relatively easily cut through nails. This is a GOOD feature to have, but it does lead to some unfortunate situations if you bite off more than you can grip.I’m using it to remove baseboard to replace gross carpet in our “new” house. My only real complaint is the red grip pads aren’t affixed as permanently as I’d like, so they slide off often. I’ll have to use some super glue to make them more permanent it seems.Either way, well worth the purchase price.

Easy to use
This tool works so much better than a pry bar. It removes nails with very little effort as it has a better grip and holds the nail so you can pull it out with ease. I highly recommend it for pulling nails especially finishing nails that don't have much of a head to hold on to as you would with a pry bar.

A Tiny Miracle Worker
I don’t normally leave reviews, but holy heck does this one deserve one!The house we moved into had a rotting deck in the backyard. We demoed it and these long rusted nails were practically cemented into the house and sticking out awkwardly. The age and condition of these nails worked against us. We tried multiple tools and options to try and get these guys out and we were left unsuccessful. We even tried hammering them back into the wall of the house, but they wouldn’t budge. We gave up and moved on to other projects. This tool popped up when I was searching for supplies for another house project and I thought ‘why not?’ I opened the parcel, took it outside and tried the tool on the first nail and it slid out like butter. I seriously couldn’t believe it!I tried it on the rest and most slid right out, but a couple were still resisting. However, the way the tool is designed allowed it to cut into the surface of the rusted nail and grip it better. It took just a little more effort, but I was able to get every rusted nail out!I am so thrilled with this purchase! Thank you so much for offering a great tool and an affordable price that solved such a frustrating problem!
