How far does keyboard go below desk surface?

It's adjustable. I'd say between 2 - 5 inches

Hi, just got the ergotron tx. I was able to raise the platform but cannot lower it even when brakes are released. Is there another release? Thx

I just received my Ergotron WorkFit Feb 2022. I tried bringing it down and it took two people to get it back down. I hope it gets easier with time as I cannot do it on my own.
