If you don't have the time to dye it completely, can you use it like shampoo one time and quickly dye your hair?

No.. It's hair dye, you need to leave it in minimum 30min.. If you wash your hair with it you might just get a tiny wash of color but not neon pink at all.

Will this bleed onto clothes?

I didn’t have an issue with bleeding/staining clothes/bedding. It just fades away.

How long do you leave it on? I bought cotton candy and I have platinum blonde bleached hair & want a pastel pink

When I looked it up on the web site it said to apply color wrap in a plastic bag and allow heat activation for 15-30 minutes. If doing root touch up I would say no longer that 15 min. For darker brighter color i would leave on 45 minutes. For lighter color 10 -15 minute. Hope this helps and you love your color like I do

Beautiful color

Your hair has to be bleached very light for this product to stick. It only really stuck to the super white parts at the ends of my hair and the darker blonde shades didn’t take the dye too well. Overall very pretty shade, just make sure your hair is light enough.
