Is it easy to setup and use immediately? I have always had a tech set my pc's and transfer old data but want to start fresh. I'm not very bright.

I took it out of the box, plugged it in, let charge and then turned it on. All of my google passwords and login moved over then I logged into Chrome. I have not transferred files yet, as I am seeking the best avenue to do so. I moved from a Windows 7 platform to Windows 10 and a touch screen so it has taken a little time to get used to it in that respect. The computer is faster and in most respects easier to use.

The description which is below the comparison chart says 16gb memory. is it?

Dear Bear, The RAM is mentioned as 8Gb in both the title and description. 16Gb memory is the Optane module. It is not RAM precisely but it does work sort of like RAM to speed up the HDD. Hope this helps
