We have All-Clad frying pans. We find the handle hard to hold onto and the pan will turn in your hand because you can't get a good grip on it. We thought these would be more form-fitted but the pan handles just rotate under the plastic. It was grip we were going for and these did not provide that.

We have a couple of All-Clad frying pans. A large one with the uncomfortable U shaped metal handle and a front loop and a smaller one with the more form fitting metal handle. I was hoping that All-Clad branded pot holders would be designed to work really well with All-Clad pots and pans making them comfortable to use but that is not the case with these. They seem to be designed for some different style of handle.This handle sleeve fits very loosely on both style of pan handle giving a very spongy and insecure feel. Just what you don't want when holding a pan full of superheated vittles. You do have to push it on but the internal cavity is so large it just moves about on the handle. So that's a fail.The folded "cloth" part is ok but just seems clumsy to used compared to a cloth pot holder or mitt so its just not something I'd reach for out of choice. So that's a fail also.

Hoping to fix the awkward AllClad handle but these made it worse. My large AllClad pan had the wort engineered handle ever. It is a tippy emergency room trip waiting to happen. I was hoping this handle was an add on that would give the pan handle stability but it made it slippery and 4x worse. I'm not sure if I've thrown these out yet but they aren't useful to me.

This product was designed and made by AllClad the maker of the frying pan I purchased this product for, the handle is tapered to the pan and is photoed in the manufacture advertisement on Amazon same handle and pan as I have. If the handle is covered with oil splatter the product will slide off and could cause major injury. Very poor design and also to short for the handle. The company should recall all of these items sold and refund all funds due to safety issues.

The handle cover fits great on my 10" Lodge Cast Iron skillet. Cannot believe how wonderful it feels. The ribbed texture gives you a good, comfortable and solid grip. It's too long, but I may need that extra length for another skillet one day.The companion grip does not work very well on the Lodge smaller ASSIST handle. And the texture is nothing like the skillet handle cover. But, it works for moving the oven racks and other uses.WARNING - - DO NOT leave any silicone handle covers on your pot or skillet unattended. If someone comes along and turns the heat up too high it could melt and be damaged near the edge of the cookware. This will render it un-usable. Even after it cools down - the damaged area becomes a sticky mess. These are only to be used to move your cookware from one place to another. As this set costs the most part of $20 - just saying - be wise !
