ShoeiPinlock EVO Insert for CNS-1/CW-1/CWR-1 Shield (Clear)

The Pinlock fit perfectly, installs in a flash and works like a charm in my Neotec 3 helmet!!The clarity is exceptional, as is the ability to disrupt the ability of fog to cloud my vision.My very first ride with the pinlock installed, turned out to be another very hot, high humidity, Florida summer day, with a stinking torrential downpour out of nowhere!Slammed my visor down quickly, as it was a very heavy opening to the storm and was immediately surprised that not only did the visor lock virtually water tight, but there was not even a hint of coughing for the next 35 minutes of riding through the storm, despite the heat and humidity!It worked perfectly! It was a little pricier than I initially thought they would be, but man oh man, If you don’t have a pin lock installed in your visor, do it, it’s worth every penny!

This will keep your face shield from fogging up. I like it. Very effective! CAUTION: This will only fit specific models of Shoei helmets, so be VERY SURE that your helmet is an exact match!

Excellent form, great fit, easy installation. Gave me the comfort and peace of mind due to it's high functionality. Highly resistant to scratches.

Works great, only downside is you’d have to cut more of the pin slots on each end. After the small modification it fit perfect.

Night and day difference. My Shoei Neotech fogged up really bad sub 40°F, and even worse in the rain. Opening the visor at 60mph when it's 30°F is.... less than ideal. Worse still, opening the chin vent lets rain bounce onto the inside of the visor making it foggy, dirty, and wet.This pinlock insert does an amazing job of reducing fogging. I havn't ridden in heavy rain yet with it, but cold weather and light sprinkle yield zero fogging with all vents closed. It does block a little vision, but it's way less than the fog did. It also causes slight interference when opening and closing the visor. These and the price are well worth it though. If you have a fogging issue, you need one of these.

The item was delivered with no damages and one shipping delay (Sat to Mon). I ordered out to fit with my medium sized Shoei GT-Air, and after snapping it in, it fits as it should. I haven't installed them myself before, but I had a helmet with it pre- installed. The pinlock didn't come with instructions but it was easy enough to figure out - the side with the sticky line goes towards the inside of the visor. Comparable if not the same price as the RevZilla retailer. All in all, a good purchase.
