Very pretty but seems like part of it isn't blowing very strong

Its very very pretty but it seems like the mechanism that blows the glitter around isn't blowing as well as it should be. I compared it with the other one I got here from a different company. It's not yellowish at all like the other one and I love the detail/lattice on the latern and the fact that it glows from under that lattice at the top. I just wish it made the glitter swirl more/stronger. Will probably return because for the price it should work better than this I would think.
