No blueberries. Just blueberry flavor.

Are the bags resealable? Or once its opened is it opened for good?

You can reseal them with a heated tool, but once they are opened you really need to use them. I put the entire package in a gallon freezer zip lock once it has been opened

Are they wrapped individually?

Yes they are. They are wrapped in a plastic shrink wrap individually

They aren't labeled vegan so I assume they are not. The ones I received were hard as a rock. Inedible. Waste of money.
