It definitely is one of the best I have used, and your description was absolutely correct. I have had clumping problems with other mascaras, even though they advertised as non clumping - very frustrating.

This well touted mascara is definietly not for me! It started flaking the minute I put it on and continued to flake all day long. I put it on the next day and the flaking continued. My eyes looked horrible! Way too much money to spend on a product that makes you look like a racoon. Other people seem to have better luck. Not sure what makes it flake sometimes and not others. Not for me anymore.

I am a women over 60 and have sensitive eyes and skin. I have been on a quest for a mascara that won't clump or flake. I have purchased and thrown away over 5 mascaras which claim to they don't clump, extend and flake. Finally, I found the right one for me. If you love what you are currently using and simply looking for something that makes your lashes look great without flaking.

Still gets clumpy when used

I am 63 and my lashes needed help. I liked that this mascara has a serum in it to help growth. I find it clumpy and although it seems to hold up, I end up with black flakes all over my face after wearing.

I like the brown color and the thickness.

I’ve been meaning to write a review on Rumi VolumeCare+ mascara for months. I just removed it after 24 hours of traveling, and decided it was time! Seriously, looked perfect after 24 hours. The first time I used the product (about 6 months ago), I pulled the applicator out of the tube of mascara and thought to myself, “Oh, this is far too wet. It’s going to be a rummy mess.” Wrong! My short stubby eyelashes lengthened immediately, and the mascara dried on them within 15/20 seconds - no running, no mess. I bought this product to specifically address the bald spots I’d been getting in my lashes. Previously, I’d wear mascara a few days, I’d develop lashes spots, quit wearing mascara until they grew back, and begin the cycle again. This has fixed that problem. Lashes are probably healthier than they’ve been in years.
