Great hat
It's a hat and I like it. I'd like to address some of the complaints that people had and just weigh in my own opinion.I almost didn't buy the hat. I wanted the pattern on the underside of the brim but there were concerns about fit and quality. My head measures 23", this changes as my hair comes in and I trim it down but I measured just for this. 23". The hat fits not loose, not tight but like a hat should. If your head is 23" around, this is going to fit comfortably. A stiff wind might blow it off, but walking around, sharking your head it will stay put.The snaps on the side. I can see how these could come out ... BUT the fabric is very thin, and the snaps are pretty strong. I would just be careful when you unsnap and I don't see a problem. But if you try to just pull on the fabric to pop the snap loose you are going to have a bad time.I spent a day outside with the hat in the sun. I'm prone to sunburn and didn't have an issue at all.The cooling ... I didn't notice anything different from any other hat that I put in water except that it retains the moisture better than most hats. The brim still had water in it overnight. It didn't feel any cooler than any other hat that I've dipped in water. It didn't feel worse either. It did vent well and didn't trap in heat. I wasn't sweating like I usually do in 90 degrees heat with any other hat.The strap ... this i think looks like it will not last but it's not poorly made or anything, just thin. This is just me thinking it won't I have zero proof.Overall, I like the hat. I'm a fan of Hawiian shirts so this pattern is fantastic for me. I'm skeptical of anything that says "cooling" on it, but if you look at it like this ... it's a hat that helps block the sun that is comfortable, looks good, and is affordable you still win.

Good hat
Works great, but don’t like elastic chin strap

Great hat that cools, one size does fit most
I bought the Mission Bucket hat for sun protection and to remain cool. The cooling really does work. The hat can be folded into a pocket. Dunk it in a fountain or any water ring it out put it on your head and you will be cooler for hours. The hat is only one size but it fits an average head well. The only drawback it that the brim is floppy in the wind.

One size may fit some
Purchased two of these for me and the wife. Mine fits great but hers is way too big. Thought it would work with the under-chin strap, but it just gets blown off with any type of breeze. I can only assume it's sun protection, but the brim is not rigid in any way, so it flexes and can easily be blown upward. Easily packable, I can stash it in my pocket if needed. These work well for working at home, in the yard, where we can wet them down and helps keep us cool. Wife is looking for something with specific sizing and fit, and a more rigid brim to protect her face and nose from the sun.
