Stops my neighbour thinking my outside tap is a free for all, even though he pays rates and I'm on a water meter. Caught him washing his girlfriends range rover when he thought I was out and that was the final straw. So this is great value for money, protects my tap from the thieving git, fits my standard brass tap perfectly, looks ok and works perfectly.

It was easy to fit and lovely lock

This item was not expensive. But is very flimsy, and could be easily pulled off. Best pay a bit more and get something more robust.

So flimsy, it's completely useless. Broke almost straight away. Avoid.

Handy little lock to stop uninvited people from using the hosepipe. It was a little hard to fasten and padlock, however I think my tap is a little bigger than those shown in the photos on here. Does what is required of it. My mind is at ease knowing no one can mess with the hosepipe/ tap.

Does the job but the lock is so small I don't think it's worth what iv paid

Do the job, perfect to avoid kids to play with the tap.

Good to cover the tap so no accidental turn on of water
